On July 31, the Suns officially announced the schedule for the new season's preseason, with two matches against the Lakers and the Chinese matches against the Nets; in addition, the Suns' offer to chase Kumingga for 6 for 1 was rejected by the Warriors, and the Warriors are currently planning to terminate the transaction negotiations.

The Suns officially announced the schedule details of the 2025-26 season's preseason schedule -

will play against the Lakers in Palm Springs on October 3, and will play against the Nets in China and Macau on October 10 and October 12. They will start the Chinese game, and finally fight the Lakers again at the Phoenix on October 14.

The Suns will play against the Lakers in two matches and the Nets in China and Macau. On the Suns schedule poster, Booker and Dunn have exclusive pages, and Suns new player Jaylen Green is not on the cover; in the preseason against the Lakers, Jaylen Green is expected to play in the Suns 4 jersey for the first time, and Dillon is expected to play in the Suns 3. Both of them were sent to the Suns by the Rockets in the Durant deal.

It is reported that the Suns are actively pursuing Cuminga. They quoted the Warriors Reus O'Neal, Richards and four second-round picks, and are willing to give Cuminga a maximum of $90 million in four years (the last year is the player option), but the Warriors are not interested in this offer; Brett Siegel further reported that the Warriors' position has not changed, they do not want a long-term contract, nor are they interested in Richards.

It is reported that the Warriors currently plan to terminate the sign-up and exchange negotiations, hoping that Kumingga will accept a 2-year $45 million (team option + no veto from Kumingga) or a 1-year $7.9 million qualification offer to return to the team.

Last season, led by the three giants Durant, Booker and Bill, the Suns achieved only 36 wins and 46 losses, ranking 11th in the West, missed the playoffs and the playoffs; this year's offseason, the Suns traded Durant and bought out Bills to rebuild the lineup around Booker. What kind of performance does the new solar energy perform in the new season? Let's wait and see.
