August 24th News O'Neal was recently a guest on the "Stright Game Podcast" podcast program, reiterating his view on putting Kobe in the GOAT discussion.

"I said to Kobe and I 'You have to give me the ball first' and he said 'No, I'm going to do what I want to do.' But we never disrespect each other, and then we figured it out, I came to the first three quarters, you took over in the last quarter, and I didn't want the ball in the last quarter. When we figured out how to cooperate, everything was natural. I just got angry when people didn't put Kobe in the GOAT discussion, I don't care who you choose, Jordan or James, but you need to mention Kobe's name," O'Neal said.
