Beasley: Riley only asked me to buy an apartment back then, but I bought a six-bedroom mansion

August 29th, today, Michael Beasley participated in a BIG3 league podcast program, expressing his regret not following Pat Riley's advice in his NBA career.

Beasley said: "If everything could be repeated, I would follow Pat's advice. He once told me that I should buy a two-bedroom apartment and one for my visiting mother. However, I chose to buy a six-bedroom house, had three dogs, and prepared rooms for my friends. Since then, problems have followed. I realized that many of my mistakes were because I took responsibility for the people around me. At that time, I didn't realize that what others thought of me was actually not important."

"If I could start over, I would follow Pat's advice. At that time, I felt that his involvement was a bit too much, Pat found me an apartment and arranged people at the door to ensure my safety. Although it made me feel like I was being locked in a cage, I now understand that they just wished I could focus on my career. If I could do it again, I would follow his advice." Beasley said.
