May 16th 24 years ago today, Philadelphia 76ers legendary superstar Allen Iverson won the regular season MVP!
2000-01 season, Iverson played 71 games in the regular season, averaging 31.1 points, 3.8 rebounds, 4.6 assists and 2.5 steals per game! The 76ers achieved a record of 56 wins and 26 losses in the season, ranking first in the Eastern Conference! It is worth mentioning that Iverson is the MVP, scoring and stealing king of the season.
