Tashi: There is no better feeling than this when you get the results you deserve at the last moment

Hupu reported on September 29 that in the Premier League, Arsenal defeated Newcastle United 2-1. After the game, Arsenal coach Arteta attended the press conference.
There were several games before, and you obviously had control of the situation, but you couldn't get the results you wanted. We have talked to you after that. How do you feel now that you finally win?
is incredible. That’s where football is charming – when a team gets the results they deserve at the last moment, there’s no better feeling than that.
At the end of the game, how high was your heart rate when VAR looked back at the controversy between Gabriel in the penalty area?
I saw it very clearly at that time and the movements happened very quickly. I thought VAR would not intervene, but no one could say it. After all, there was a penalty kick in the first half (as a precedent).
But no matter what, I am proud of the team - for our way of playing, competitive attitude, understanding of the game, and when facing extremely challenging situations and penalties, we can still find ways to win, including the players who come on the bench, which are excellent.
You just said that it feels incredible to win this ups and downs game like this. So how do you view the progress of the entire game? For example, the game started very well, but what do you think when encountering challenges like this?
First of all, we must understand that this is the game we must face. There are inevitably some unpredictable factors in the game, such as lineup adjustments, formation changes, etc. But to win a football game, there are things that are clear and must be done, and we did it from beginning to end.
In addition to this, today we have shown extremely high standards in many ways, created a lot of opportunities, and finally won - I think we deserve this victory.
What does
mean from a psychological level?I think we have been working to get to a higher level. First, you have to learn from past experiences, and obviously we have learned some lessons, including some different, regrettable moments encountered at this stage of the season.
And today, in a crucial week in the Premier League, with many tough battles at the beginning of the season, the game once again gave us a chance to show who we are, what kind of team we want to be, our ambitions, and the way we want to play.
I think the team did this today in an extraordinary way.
What do you think of Victor Dzekelish's decision (disputed penalty)? There is also the reaction of the players to this - because it feels like in the past, especially after the second half, they seem to be able to adjust their state in time without being affected.
I watched the live broadcast at that time and then watched the replay. In my opinion, it was a penalty kick. This season we have been clearly directed once again: VAR will not intervene unless it is a completely undisputed situation. And that time obviously did not belong to the "no controversy at all" situation - this is my opinion.
But thankfully, we finally won the game. The team is very, very calm and calm now, which may be the lesson we have learned from our experiences a few years ago.
It seems that this weekend is crucial for the championship. Based on the results of other competitions, do you think the significance of this victory lies in?
Yes, I believe in the belief that the team is holding on to - we can handle different types of games, and the team is still capable of playing like this and winning the game in a convincing way.
To me, today's away game was one of the most difficult venues to overcome. At the same time, I would like to praise Newcastle. Their playing style, competitive attitude, and the difficulty of playing on this venue are worthy of recognition, but our team has indeed raised the game to a different level, and I am very proud to see this.
In recent games, there seems to be a similar "plot": your substitute can always play a key role.
Yes, we did do this. And for various reasons, I do need to make some adjustments and substitutions. Those players who came on the bench were very focused when they came on the court and had only one goal in their minds - to win the game for the team. All of them performed very well.
Martinelli showed threats from the beginning after he came on the court; Bukayo (Saka) made a 45-minute appearance, and I think his performance was still excellent; Martin (Ordgao) returned after a long absence and gave two assists; Mikel (Merino) created a huge threat in the penalty area after he came on the court and contributed the winning moment. So each of them... After the goal, there seemed to be some physical contact between Gabriel and Walter Mad. Have you seen it? If you see it, what do you think about it?
I didn't see it.
Given the loss of points by other teams yesterday, you must be more eager to win this victory, right? How important is this victory after yesterday’s results?
Yes, there will always be such moments during the season. Obviously, given our start of the season, and today’s tough opponent, we have a chance to close the gap (with the top spot) and be on a stadium that has “hard memories of late” for us. I think this reflects the team's desire for victory.
You got some criticism last week, but today you came here and took control of the game at home in Newcastle. Do you think you and your players hit back on those criticisms this week and fully demonstrated…?
Well, it's hard to say. But in my opinion, whether it is against Manchester City or today's Newcastle - both of which are the hardest opponents - our team has performed very well. My opinion is clear.
