Real Madrid officially announced that 43-year-old Alonso will be the new coach! Signing for 3 years + salary of 12 million euros, officially debuted on Monday

On the evening of May 25, the La Liga giants Real Madrid Club officially announced that 43-year-old Xavi Alonso will officially replace Ancelotti this summer and serve as Real Madrid's new head coach. The two sides will sign a contract for three years (from June 1, 2025 to June 30, 2028), with an annual salary of 12 million euros.

Alonso will also lead the team to compete in the Club World Cup at the end of June. Alonso also became the second "DNA" coach in Real Madrid's history after Zidane.
