May 22 According to well-known transfer reporter Skira, Paratic and Tottenham have reached a principled agreement, and the former Juventus sports director will return to Tottenham in July.
Italian football manager Paratic joined Tottenham Hotspur in the summer of 2021 to serve as director of football operations. He has served in Juventus for more than ten years. After nearly two years at Tottenham, he was forced to leave due to a FIFA ban. Paratic was previously sentenced to a two-and-a-half-year global ban by FIFA and is still under penalty period.
Due to the 30-month ban involving the Juventus financial violations, the 52-year-old football manager will have to wait until the ban is lifted on July 1 before he can officially perform his duties. When the 2023 FIFA ruling was announced, Paratic was forced to resign from his position as Tottenham football operations director. This time he will serve as Tottenham technical director and be in charge of football affairs in full.
