Liverpool official farewell to assistant coach Heatinga: Thanks for his role in the championship season

May 31 Liverpool officially announced that assistant coach Heatinga has officially left the team and coached Ajax.
On Saturday local time, Liverpool Club issued an announcement on its official website stating: "Liverpool Club confirmed that Heatinga will leave the club and serve as Ajax head coach. The 41-year-old former player previously served as Slot's assistant coach and left after working for a year behind Liverpool. He is now the head coach of Ajax in the Dutch Eredivisie. We express our gratitude and praise for his role in winning the Premier League championship in 2024-25."
