Warriors wing star: I learned the steps from Kobe, I understood everything at once

Golden State Warriors wing star Moses Moody recently appeared on the show "The Young Man And The Three", during which he also talked about his biggest breakthrough last season.

Moody said: Many things are about the principle of footsteps. I initially thought about this, thinking that before I went beyond the crowd, I always had to come up with a few Crossovers, but when I looked at this with my own steps, the whole thing completely changed for me. Last summer, I trained with Dash and he spent a lot of time talking to me about the principles of footsteps. I got home and analyzed my training videos and I found that some of them worked better than others, but I don't know why. Moody continued: When I watched some videos of Kobe Bryant, I finally realized that Kobe's footsteps were exactly the same as what the trainer told me! I looked back at my training video and I finally understood what the trainer said. I suddenly understood everything about step by step or step with purpose.

In the NBA regular season this season, Moody played a total of 74 games in 82 games, averaging 22.3 minutes per game, averaging 9.8 points, 2.6 rebounds, 1.3 assists, 0.8 steals and 0.4 blocks, and 0.7 turnovers and 1.6 fouls. He shot 43.3%, three-point shooting percentage 37.4%, and free throw shooting percentage 79.7%. In the playoffs, Moody played 11 games in 12 games, averaging 16.5 minutes per game, averaging 6.6 points, 2.3 rebounds, 1.1 assists, 0.4 steals, and 0.3 blocks, 0.3 turnovers and 1.2 fouls, shooting percentage of 33.8%, three-point shooting percentage of 31%, and free throw shooting percentage of 83.3%.

Moody's performance last season was pretty good. He also showed some progress during the regular season. He also firmly took the team's starting position for a period of time and was able to provide a lot of help and support to the team on both offense and defense. Moody has demonstrated comprehensive scoring ability on the offensive end, his offensive efficiency is relatively stable, and he can also play some role on the defensive end. Therefore, everyone also recognizes his performance and development. However, in the playoffs, Moody's performance can be said to be terrible. He did not show his due competitiveness at all. His role on the court is also very limited, which can be said to be surprising. There is no doubt that Moody is considered a reliable 3D type wing player, but judging from the current situation, it is also a very worrying thing to do.
