June 18, June 18, Lakers guard Reeves was interviewed by Lakers Nation during a personal training camp.

When asked which teammate he predicted would have a breakthrough season next season, Reeves said: "I'm optimistic about Dalton, I heard that he's been training hard in Los Angeles for the past 2-3 weeks, training two to three times a day. His talent is absolutely online. By the end of the season, although he didn't play much, I was happy to see him start asking questions and curiosity, and he didn't do that at the beginning of the season. I remember that after the game in Chicago when Gidey made a half-time shot, we were sitting in the locker room, only me and him. He looked at me and said, 'What should I do to play?' I said in detail. But it was these little things that made him gradually realize that he still had a lot to learn. As I said, his talent was unquestionable. Look at his game in Denver, when the main players were all out, he scored 35 points. His shooting ability is excellent...I think he can hit any shot on the basketball court. I really don't think there are goals he can't shoot. And he is 6 feet 7 inches tall, has a long wingspan, and has a great physical fitness. All the conditions are met, and his mentality is moving in the direction we expect. So I look forward to him very much."
