Tom: Klingen s low-level technical difference is & insufficient jumping power, it is difficult to score when the pick-and-roll goes down

August 30th Trail Blazers reporter Mike Richman talked about Klingen and Yang Hansen on the LockedOnBlazers podcast today, comparing the technical characteristics of the two.

"I don't know how high Klingen's upper limit is. He lacks low footsteps, his offense is not simple, and his jumping power is not enough to be an all-time threat. I don't know how he can score when he is down in the pick-and-roll. His offense should gradually get better, but I'm not sure if he can become a player who has a positive contribution on the offensive end. Yang Hansen has a higher offensive cap, his passing ability and shooting ability are good, and he has good footsteps, but he still needs to adapt to NBA-level confrontations. Yang Hansen doesn't need to use a lot of inside skills in the summer. I think everyone is optimistic about Yang, which makes me excited and curious about him, but in terms of his rookie season, I think he will definitely encounter some barriers in adapting," Mike Richman said.

Last season, Klingen averaged 6.5 points, 7.9 rebounds and 1.6 caps per game.
