July 31, July 31, NBA legend Dwyane Wade listed the 7 greatest players he has ever seen (played) in his podcast program "WyNetworkbyDwyaneWade".
Wade's answers are: Jordan, Kobe, James, Iverson, Curry, O'Neal, Garnett, and he said: "I want to start this introduction with Michael Jordan. Before Jordan, although I also knew the history of some great players, I have never seen it. It's like, I haven't even seen the Magician era. As far as I understand the viewing, Jordan is the first. Next I choose Kobe, they are the same type of players. You see one, which means you see the other.
"Then I obviously want to choose LeBron, I have the opportunity to watch him perform, and I can observe him up close for four consecutive years. But when it comes to playing, I have never seen anyone better than him. This is my own opinion, and I watch Jordan's games from afar. The way LeBron plays is incredible. Next I chose Iverson, who is one of my favorite players. He is a small player, but you can't do anything to him, he is a giant killer, he will attack anyone standing in front of him.
"Then it's Stephen Curry. I've watched him play since he was in college, and then watched him step into the pros and dominate the league. He did it all in a completely different way, a way that never before. O'Neal, I've never seen a player who is more dominant than him, I like big guys playing like big guys, especially in that era. He dunked everyone, and he didn't care who was ahead. The last one I would say was Kevin Garnett, who was one of the most all-round players I've ever seen, his figure, and defended the back. He could dominate rebounds, do low posts, jump shots, dunks, he could do everything."
