Shams: New York Liberty to hire Warriors assistant Chris DeMarco as head coach

Hupu News on November 22 According to American reporter Shams, the New York Liberty has reached an agreement with Golden State Warriors assistant coach Chris DeMarco to hire him as the team's new head coach.
DeMarco has played for the Warriors since 2012 and has won four NBA championships with the team. He is also the head coach of the Bahamas men's basketball national team.
The Liberty front office and DeMarco's agent, Brian Elvers, finalized contract terms on Friday. DeMarco served in a variety of roles with the Warriors and was a valuable member of Steve Kerr's coaching staff.
