Saudi Sports: Jeddah United abandons Mora, turns to Manchester United midfielder B fee, wants to sign him by buzzer

Hupu, August 24, reported the latest report from Saudi Sports Channel. Sources revealed that the management of Jeddah United Club has concluded negotiations with Porto Club Portugal for first-team midfielder Rodrigo Mora.

Previously, the negotiations between the two sides were at a deadlock and no final agreement was reached. Porto demanded a fixed termination fee of 70 million euros, but Jeddah United was unwilling to pay the amount in one lump sum, and the negotiations between the two sides eventually failed.

According to the same source, Jeddah United management has turned its focus to signing England Manchester United captain and Portuguese player Bruno Fernandez, and started negotiations with him at the end of this summer's transfer period.

sources said his transfer deal has become complicated given Fernandez's previous rejection of offers from multiple Saudi clubs.

The Portuguese player started his career in Novara in the Italian League before moving to Udinese and Sampdoria. After making a big splash in Serie A, he caught the attention of Sporting Lisbon and signed with him in 2017.
