Romano wrote on social media: "After the transfer to Besiktas was closed, Ipswich and Napoli reached an agreement on the deal for Caust. This deal still requires the players' consent, and Caust is expected to make a decision soon."
Swedish midfielder Caust was born on August 10, 1999 and was loaned to Ipswich by Napoli in the 2024-25 season. He played in 33 games in various competitions, scoring 1 goal and giving 1 assist.
