May 23rd Burnley Football Club officially announced that it would permanently sign Jayden Anthony from Bournemouth, and the two sides signed a four-year contract. Previously, Jaden Anthony played for Burnley on loan and has completed a formal transfer after the loan period.
Last season, Jaden Anthony played a key role under coach Scott Parker, contributing 8 goals and 7 assists throughout the season. The striker officially became a member of Burnley after Burnley successfully spent a one-year loan period.
Burnley successfully rose from the Championship to the Premier League, thus officially buying out Jayden Anthony. In response, Jaden Anthony said: "This experience is very wonderful. I enjoyed this season very much on and off the court, which undoubtedly made me smile again. I am really happy to be able to play stably again, accumulate a lot of game time, and contribute goals and assists to the team. It is time to take a break, then return to prepare for the pre-season and start a new struggle. Let's go all out!"
