French media: Umtiti is now interning at Paris FC for coaching qualification training

On October 18, "Le Parisien" reported that Umtiti is now interning at Paris FC for coaching qualification training.

Since the beginning of this week, Umtiti has spent part of every day at the Paris FC training center. He is now undergoing coaching qualification training with the Paris FC reserve team and studying with the coaching team.

Umtiti’s former Lyon teammate Jimmy Briand currently serves as coach of Paris FC’s U17 echelon, and it was he who facilitated this cooperation between the two parties.

Umtiti previously stated in an interview that he hopes to transform into a coach in the future: "I have thought about the coaching profession for a long time and passed on knowledge... I am eager to take responsibility, but this requires systematic learning. Excellent players may not become excellent coaches. I hope I can sit on the coaching bench in a few years."
