July 16th The FA announced the 2025 Community Shield Referee Team, the game between Crystal Palace and Liverpool will be held at 3 pm on August 10, 2025 at Wembley Stadium.
The two sides are FA Cup champion Crystal Palace and Premier League champion Liverpool. Chris Cavana will serve as the referee for the game, James Maine Warling and Wade Smith will serve as assistant referees, and Tony Harrington will serve as fourth official.
