October 21st Today, the Trail Blazers officially announced that the team officially renewed Seldon Sharp’s contract in advance.
According to previous reports, Sharp signed a four-year, $90 million early contract extension with the team.
Sharp was selected by the Trail Blazers with the seventh overall pick in the first round of 2022. The new season is the last year of his current contract, with a salary of US$8.4 million.
Sharp played 72 games for the Trail Blazers last season, averaging 18.5 points, 4.5 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 0.9 steals per game, shooting 45.2% from the field, 31.1% from three-point range, and 78.5% from free throws.
