05, May 16th TYC Sports official website fully reported on the plans for the trip to Asia in Argentina in October.
The Argentine national team will go to Asia to play two friendly matches in October this year, which is part of the business agreement between the Argentine Football Association and Asian countries and a reflection of Messi's huge influence in the region. Head coach Scaloni hopes the team will be able to compete with higher-level international opponents, so he has determined the two matches against the higher-ranked national teams.
Although the specific date, time and location has not been determined, Argentina will face China first and may then play against a team from Japan, South Korea or Russia. Previously planned to play a warm-up match with Uruguay, coached by Bielsa, but the arrangement has been cancelled.
This trip to Asia not only provides warm-up opportunities for testing players and preparing for the next World Cup, but the main reason behind it is business interests, because the Argentine Football Association is increasingly close in China.
