September 1 News Sky Sports reported that Ajax wanted to intercept Hu Celtics and sign Dorbery back.
Ajax has made his final attempt with an intention to intercept Hudor Berry's transfer from Anderlecht to the Celtics.
The Dutch club asked for an inquiry this morning, but it is understood that after exploring transfer conditions with Anderlecht, they may only be able to offer a loan option.
The Celtics have been advancing negotiations with the Belgian club on the Denmark international's deal, and Anderlecht would rather sell the players directly with significant transfer fees.
Sky Sports News learned that Dorbery was open to joining the Celtics, but emotionally returning to Ajax was seen as a more attractive option.
