Hupu News on October 15th: Graham Potter, who was fired by West Ham, is currently staying at home in Sweden, but he stated in an interview with Swedish media Fotbollskanalen that he is willing to coach the Swedish national team.

"I've just heard the news (about Tomasson), which is of course sad, both for Swedish football and for JDT.

I'm really open to anything that I think can help. It's certainly a great opportunity for me."

Porter said he has yet to communicate with the Swedish Football Association, but noted that financial circumstances will not be a consideration for his next position.

"I'm in a position where the next thing I do should be something I truly believe in," he said. "I'm lucky to have the career I have now. It means I'm in a very good financial situation. Now I no longer need to use financial situation as a reason to accept or not accept a job."

"My motivation depends more on whether I can help and whether I am excited about a project. If I feel that we can achieve something together, that is the most important thing to me."

In fact, former Denmark forward Thomasson took over last year and became the first foreign coach of the Swedish team. Now, he has become the first coach to be fired by the Swedish team, and his predecessors have either stepped down or resigned.

Thomason has failed to make the most of the talent in Sweden's Premier League squad, which currently includes Liverpool's Alexander Isak, worth £188 million, and Arsenal's Viktor Dzekeresh. Sweden has scored just two goals in World Cup qualifying and is nine points behind leader Switzerland and six points behind second-placed Kosovo.
