However, just like we have expectations for the players, I also hope that our fans can go further in the new season and continue to make progress together."
After signing, Perisic immediately went to the airport to fly back to his homeland, Croatia, for another week, but he didn't just relax: "I just had a very wonderful holiday, but from tomorrow, I will be fully preparing for the new season with my personal coach. Last The season is great, but I still have a desire to do my best in the new season and do my best again. "
The veteran said he has set many personal goals for next season, but he chose to keep the specific content confidential: "But I can say that I also attach great importance to helping young players grow. I also experienced many difficulties when I left my country at the age of 17. I think it would be very meaningful to pass on the path to long-term success to the next generation. There are many talented players in our team."
The sports director of the team, Stewart, was happy with Perisic's remarks: "Ivan is the kind of player who can perfectly interpret what it is to reach the top and maintain the top level. He has guided other players well over the past season, which has helped us a lot. We are all very happy that Ivan can continue to stay in Eindhoven."
