It is said that the Argentine team coach will come back after leaving, and the club lets the players vote on their own

According to the Argentina's "Ole" report, recently, the Argentina's Kilmes club made a surprising decision, that is, the coach's stay or not is decided by the players' vote.

On Wednesday, coach Aldo Dusher, who coached only seven games, suddenly announced his resignation, shocking everyone. The 46-year-old coach once coached the Paraguay U20 national team, and his departure seemed quite sudden at the time.

However, less than 24 hours later, Dusher actually returned to the training ground and asked to lead the team to train in person, as if resignation had never happened. At this time, the club has arranged for two temporary coaches to take over the training.

Dusher insisted that he was the head coach and asked a training vest to participate in the guidance. This scene was quickly reported to club chairman Matteo Magadan. When the chairman arrived at the training ground, the scene fell into chaos instantly, and the two sides were emotionally excited and almost had physical conflicts.

After a brief calm, Dusher insisted that he had the support of the players, but the chairman did not believe it. So, an unprecedented decision was proposed: let the entire team players vote! The players were divided into two groups and expressed their opinions through anonymous notes.

The final "vote counting" results show that there are more votes against Dusher staying in office than support. Therefore, Dusher's return was formally rejected and he was eventually completely fired.

Kilmes is currently ranked 12th in Group A of Argentina Second Division, with 30 points in 24 rounds of competition. Dusher led the team for the first time on July 5, when he lost to San Lorenzo in the Argentina Cup. In the subsequent games, the team performed mediocrely: draw with Al Mans (0-0), defeated Arsenal (3-1), lost to Corgiales (1-0) and Depp Madrin (3-1), and defeated Atlanta (2-1). His last game was a 0-2 loss to Racine Cordoba on Monday, August 11, which may be the last straw that broke the camels.
