Capello: Ancelotti is wise and thoughtful, Alonso is outstanding but coaching Real Madrid is another matter

05 May 14th Ancelotti will end his coaching career at Real Madrid, and his replacement is Xavi Alonso. Italian coach Capello said on COPE radio's "El Partidazo" that Ancelotti is smart and well-prepared, and Alonso's performance is excellent, but coaching Real Madrid is another matter.

Farewell to Ancelotti

"The press conference after the official announcement of the Brazilian Football Association? It's hard to be more perfect. Ancelotti's preparations are as easy as he prepares for the game. I have coached him, and he is always a wise and well-prepared person."

"Resignation is unfair? I still think so, but I understand Real Madrid. It's not enough to compete here, and I must win the championship. He won all the honors, but life has to accept changes, just like I was fired when I won the championship that year."

Squad's crux of the team

"After Mbappe joined, he competed with Vinicius and Bellingham in terms of physical fitness, technology and even running, rather than complementary. Mbappe is undoubtedly a top player, but the team needs to balance."

The traits of the best coach

"The data tells everything. He should be in charge of a strong lineup and continue to win the championship, and he should have the wisdom and charm of managing the locker room. This is crucial, and Ancelotti has both these traits."

Advice to Alonso

"Alonso has achieved remarkable achievements, but coaching Real Madrid is completely different, which is more difficult and more important."

Yamar commented

"He is a player with great potential, but has not yet shown the divinity of Messi and Maradona, who can complete beyond imagination. Ronaldo is a phenomenal scorer, but the number of goals does not equal artistic talent. If you vote for the Golden Globes, my choice is Vinicius, Mbappe, and the first one is Yamal."
