British media football insider reporter Pete O 'Rourke exclusively reported that after appointing Frank as head coach, Tottenham Hotspur hopes to intercept Manchester United, the Red Devils have a greater grasp of signing Brentford striker Mbeumo. Previously, the Bee had made it clear that Mbeumo's transfer fee could not be less than 60 million pounds.

Pete O 'Rourke wrote: "It is very difficult for Tottenham to beat Manchester United to win Mbeumo. Manchester United made a smooth progress in this transfer. The player himself hopes to transfer to Old Trafford, not other potential clubs." Mbeumo's performance in the Premier League last season was quite eye-catching, playing in 38 league games, scoring 20 goals and giving 7 assists.

"Spurs' appointment of Frank may be a major basis for them to intercept Manchester United, but Manchester United are optimistic now and they believe they can get Cameroon internationals. Manchester United has already made a offer before, but Brentford refused. However, negotiations between the two clubs are in progress. As long as the transfer fee is negotiated, the deal will be completed." Pete O 'Rourke revealed.

Pete O 'Rourke also gave his own analysis, "An important reason why Tottenham cannot compete with Manchester United is still unable to match the salary given by Manchester United. So Manchester United is still leading the competition in Mbeumo, although many people think that Tottenham will try to rob Mbeumo if they sign Frank."

Previously, British media revealed that the weekly salary provided by Manchester United to Mbeumo is 250,000 pounds, five times his current salary. The highest weekly salary among Tottenham Hotspur team is captain Son Heung-min, who is only 200,000 pounds. What Levi cares most about is Tottenham's salary framework. With Manchester United so generous, it is almost impossible for Tottenham to beat the Red Devils in the transfer market.
