Bee coach: Some coaches blindly learn from Guardiola every day, which is childish and stupid

Hupu October 4th Times reporter Gregor Robertson interviewed Brentford coach Keith Andrews.
"Listen, everyone has their own ideas, but that's not for me. (Coaching) is finding ways to achieve results. It requires instilling habits and values in the players every day. Systems and tactics can be changed.
Ultimately, if you are a head coach and only care about yourself and not the players, and your system or style doesn't suit them, or can't give them the best chance of achieving results, then I think you're doing your job wrong."
Saturday's performance was Brentford's most brilliant moment—right, physically tough, energetic, seizing every opportunity to create chaos—with Guardiola's superstar tactics, people almost feel that football has reached a new level.
"He is probably the person who has had the biggest impact on football in the past 15 years. Over the years, he has been constantly adjusting his tactics. The teams he coached from Barcelona to Bayern have gone through different styles of play, and for so long coaching Manchester City, he has had to form a different team during the recent transfer windows because they have entered different stages - he is a visionary person. The system, game style, popularity trends of the game are cyclical, whether it is a long pass or a retreat, it will change constantly.
Liverpool have been doing this for many years. They operate the game very smoothly. You have to choose the game style based on the players of the team. I will never let me The idea—I don’t like using the word ‘idea’—becomes a barrier.
I don’t think Brentford can’t play like a Manchester City. It’s simple. Under Thomas [Frank], our team has been playing somehow for years. It would be very childish and stupid to me if I wanted to play like a Manchester City with a button.
I think too many coaches are trying to copy what he (Guardiola) is doing to the players that may not be competent at all. "
Andrews knows there will be doubts, especially outside questions, especially after the season opener 1-3 defeat to Nottingham Forest, which is even worse. So is there anyone in the locker room questioning?
"Probably, although I had a very good relationship with [the players] last season, it was just that this relationship was different.
It was normal - 'The set piece coach took over everything'. They should see that last year I was not only responsible for set piece, I also participated in other aspects of the game, assisting the coaching work, but my main responsibility was set piece. All these changes would be worrying, which is normal. If I were still a player, I might still do it. But I think it depends on how you show your strength."
It is worth mentioning that Andrews was a TV commentator before taking up the position of coaching. (It's normal for former profession to retire)
"If I talk about games while working on TV, I'll do my best. I treat media work as an education, and I shoot hundreds of warm-up videos of the game. I always analyze and record on the observation deck or anywhere I've been.
I think preparation can give you a certain degree of confidence and belief in your own point of view. So I'm never afraid to express my point of view, because in the end it's just my point of view. Anyone is free to express different opinions."
Of course, some of the controversial critics do disagree with him, and former Ireland coach Martin O'Neal made a harsh criticism of Andrews when the situation reverses. Andrews insists on blocking all noise, for better or worse, and letting his relatives and friends know not to spread any headlines.
"Don't say even good news, because after a week, a month, things are not that good," he said. "When taking over this job, you will always receive high attention. Many people will have a lot of opinions. This is the game."
