The Warriors first signing has not come yet! The G League team officially announced: The three-party transaction has won a 23-year undraft pick

On August 25, the American Records reported that the Warriors and Tyvern Kingsey reached a contract. Is the Warriors' first signing this summer finally here? No, it turns out that Jinxi did not join the Warriors, but was sent to the Warriors Development League team in a three-party transaction. The Santa Cruz Warriors, an affiliated team of the Warriors G League, announced that they welcome to Cruise, Tyveen; the Santa Cruz Warriors reached a tripartite deal with Salt Lake City Starlight and Kolic Parker Skyhawks, thus obtaining the signing rights of Tyveen Kingsey for returning players.

Kimsey is 25 years old, 1.96 meters tall, and plays as a shooting guard/small forward. He is the undraft in 2023. He played in the G League in 24-25, playing for the Salt Lake City Starlights 34 games, averaging 12.3 points, 3.9 rebounds and 2.8 assists per game, shooting percentage of 51.9%, and 33.0% from three-point shooting percentage.

Since Kingsey joined the Santa Cruz Warriors, the Warriors' first signing this summer is still pending and is still the only team in the league with zero operation; the reason why the Warriors have not yet signed is that their problem with Cuminga has not been resolved. After solving the Cuminga problem, Payton Jr. and Melton are expected to renew their contracts and return, and Horford is expected to join the Warriors.

So far, the Warriors' roster has only 9 regular contract players and 1 two-way contract player. There are less than two months left before the start of the new season. The Warriors really need to deal with Kumingga's problem as soon as possible.
