May 7th, the World Sports reported that after being eliminated from the Champions League, Frick missed a 1.75 million euro bonus.

Early this morning, Barcelona was eliminated by Inter Milan in the Champions League semi-finals and missed the triple-championship (League, Champions League, and Copa del Rey).

Shiti revealed that Frick received a relatively low basic salary when signing the contract, about 3 million euros after tax, but was compensated through a high winning prize. If he leads the team to win the Champions League, he will receive a prize of 1 million euros, while he will receive a prize of 750,000 euros when he wins the La Liga championship.

This incentive mechanism also came into effect during the time of Xavi's leadership, but at that time, Xavi's basic salary was higher, about 6 million euros after tax, and the bonus was lower, winning 300,000 euros in the Champions League and 150,000 euros in La Liga.
