Sun: Ratcliffe is worried that Amorin may resign, hoping that he will coach for at least two more years

On May 18, the British Sun reported that Ratcliff is ready to support Amorine to revive Manchester United, but it needs to be confirmed that the coach is indeed willing to stay.
Ratcliff is eager to support his coach in the summer window. But Amorin's ambiguous remarks worried Ratcliffe, who might think the reconstruction task was too difficult.
Amorin revealed last week that he may be forced to give way after nearly seven months after replacing the fired Tenhah. However, before Friday's 0-1 loss to Chelsea, Amorin insisted that he would not resign.
It is understood that Ratcliff is still worried that Amorin may want to withdraw after experiencing a chaotic season. Amorin once called Manchester United's "worst team in history" and blamed himself.
Ratcliff saw a similar trait in Amorin, and it was this maverick character that allowed him to build Inez into a global petrochemical giant and become a billionaire. But Ratcliffe hopes to know clearly that Amorin will fulfill at least the remaining two years of contract, rather than putting Manchester United in a deeper quagmire.
There are concerns that even qualifying for the Champions League through the Europa League final with Tottenham on Wednesday may not be enough to stop Amorin from leaving. He has said that it may be unsustainable to compete in the Champions League next season with his existing lineup, saying the team is "no longer afraid of" more failures.
The remarks happened after the Premier League lost 0-2 to West Ham last week. Ratcliff has imposed severe cost cuts on the club since completing a £1.3 billion acquisition of 27.7% of Manchester United stake 15 months ago.
Up to 450 positions may be laid off, and the layoffs are so strong that Amorin even pays out of his own pocket for 30 logistics personnel to travel to Bilbao. Ratcliffe has warned that Manchester United's financial situation is so bad that it may go bankrupt.
But Manchester United will still raise funds to advance Wolves forward Cunha's transfer of £60 million, and Ipswich striker Drapp is also a target of £30 million. Manchester United also hopes to introduce new goalkeepers and defenders.
Meanwhile, youth training stars Garnacho and Menu may be sold to cash out about 100 million pounds, and several other first-team players will also be cleaned up to raise funds. In the decision to make personnel stays and sign ups, Amorin will share important voice with Ratcliff, CEO Omar Bellada and technical director Jason Wilcox.
But the premise of all this is that Amorin must make the management believe that he is ready to stay for a long time, rather than letting the club look for a new coach for the third time in a year.
