Paris Olympic Fair Play Awards announced, two individuals and two collective winners

The German Olympic Sports Federation and its national rowing federation received the award because they extended a helping hand to a neutral athlete from Belarus, single sculls rower Yavheny Zalati at the Paris Olympics. Zarati's racing boat was unable to be used due to being detained at customs, so Germany took the initiative to lend a racing boat. Even though Zarati is one of Germany's Oliver Zeidler's main rivals, they didn't hesitate to help. In the end, Zeidler won the men's single sculls gold medal and Zarati won the silver medal.
