In accordance with the 2025 Tianjin Football League access regulations, based on the 2024 Tianjin Football Association Super League and First League rankings, the admission application will be submitted through the club. After the Tianjin Football Association reviews and evaluates the submitted access materials, the list of clubs that meet the 2025 Tianjin Football Super League and First League access standards and obtains access qualifications will be announced as follows:
