Hupu, August 20, exclusive report by famous reporter Ben Rumsby of the Daily Telegraph, Inelos filed a counterclaim against Tottenham Hotspur, claiming more than 1 million pounds, accusing the latter of the latter of the group of Audi of sponsorship negotiations with Harry Kane for the transfer to Bayern Munich.

According to the Daily Telegraph, Tottenham sued Sir Jim Ratcliffe's Ineos Automotive Limited for claiming more than £11 million, alleging that it violated a five-year contract with a minimum amount of £17.5 million.

The contract was signed in 2022, which stipulates that the club must promote Inex's Grenadier (Grenadier) as its "official four-wheel drive partner."

The contract was terminated on March 11, and Tottenham filed a lawsuit in June claiming that Inex failed to pay more than £5 million in annual installments due to December 1, after Inex had not paid nearly £500,000 due to inflation.

According to the "claim details" filed by Tottenham, the club also demands compensation of at least £5,275,974 as the agreement terminates in more than two years.

In the defense and counterclaim submitted to the High Court last week, Inelis stated:

"The details of the claim do not mention a series of extremely important events, that is, the club began negotiating with one of Inelis' main competitors without Inelis's knowledge, intent to grant Inelis' unique rights to the competitor in the agreement.

Around August 3, 2023 (i.e., early in the second year of the contract), Todd Klein of the club (hereinafter referred to as "Mr. Klein") told Inelis' Ashley Reed (hereinafter referred to as "Mr. Reed") that the club had been discussing rights with German automaker Audi AG (hereinafter referred to as "Audi") about the same or substantially similar rights as the rights granted to Inelis by the agreement, and/or the club Negotiations have been underway with Audi on the exclusive rights granted to Inelis by Article 4 of the Agreement.

According to Mr. Klein, these discussions and/or negotiations involve the proposal of club player Harry Kane (hereinafter referred to as "Mr. Kane") to transfer to Bayern Munich Club in Germany (hereinafter referred to as "Bayern Munich").

In this case, the club owes Inelis more than £1 million as the club failed to provide any rights to Inelis in the final stage of the third year. "

Tottenham Hotspur's claim details list the details of the club's alleged contract, which involves payments annually, which are £2.125 million in the first year and increases to £4.6 million in the fifth year, with all payments subject to VAT and an index linked to inflation.

Tottenham said they also demand interest and "further or other relief as the court deems appropriate." The

club declined to comment on its lawsuit.
