In the Champions League semi-finals, Inter Milan defeated Barcelona 7-6 in two rounds and successfully advanced to the final. After the game, Inter Milan defender Di Marco was interviewed by Sky Sports.
How do you feel about winning?
Everything that happened tonight is beyond words, an incredible game, and it was a very wonderful night in the Champions League.
Do you want to win the Champions League now?
Both teams in the other semifinals are very strong, but we have to play well to win.
What extra do you show in the game?
We are a team, united until the last moment, always staying focused. Some say it's messy, but nothing can compare to the Meacha Stadium. What has coach Inzaji brought to you? He is our head, and he shows us the way forward, and he always does a good job even in difficult times. We must congratulate him for leading the team to overcome difficulties and make continuous progress after losing to Milan in the 2021-22 season.
You appear more active on the bench than Ionzaji after being replaced
I care so much about the team, I want to convey this sense of belonging, and even on the bench I try to help my teammates.
Lautaro recovered from injury in this game and started the game. We are very happy that he was able to play, score, and win a penalty.
